Install Xenserver-tool utility on Ubuntu 14.x

Ubuntu 14.x is not recognized by Xenserver-tool install script. It can be bypassed easily.

Please follow the steps:

1. mkdir /mnt/xs-tools
2. mount /dev/xvdd /mnt/xs-tools
3. sudo dpkg -i /mnt/xs-tools/Linux/xe-guest-utilities_6.1.0-1031_amd64.deb
4. sudo umount /dev/xvdd
5. Reboot
