Step 1:
Log into your cPanel and select Email Accounts
Step 2:
Select the email account you are looking to backup and select "Check Email".
Step 3:
Select the email account in the top right of the screen and select "Horde".
Step 4:
Right-click on any folder such as inbox etc and select "Export".
Step 5:
Now you can choose to download the exported emails.
