Where are you based?

Our office is located in Plassey, Limerick, while our infrastructure is based in Cork Internet Exchange, Cork, Ireland.

Can you help us build our own infrastructure in-house?

Yes, we can. We can sit around the table with you and your team, spell out the requirements and plan implementation.

What are your support hours?

Our ticket email support is 24/7, while phone support hours will depend on your support package. As standard, it is 9.00-18.00 on all plans with longer hours on higher plans.

Do you provide signed Service Contracts and Service Level Agreements?

Yes, we do. Each enterprise customer receives a copy of a signed service contract alongside with explained SLAs.
